Privacy policy
Listed is a free directory list published by RZLT. You can browse the whole site without giving us anything. This page explains what happens when you do send us something, which is only through the booking form.

Who is responsible
Listed is operated by RZLT, a growth agency with offices in London, Dubai, Lisbon, Zagreb and Sofia. RZLT is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us any time at hello@rzlt.io, or visit rzlt.io.
What we collect
Only what you type into the booking form:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your startup URL
- Your funding stage and the growth channels you selected
We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on Listed, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If you book a time in the embedded calendar, that booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to you and prepare the call you asked for. Under the GDPR our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Who processes it for us
Your submission is stored in our hosted database and emailed to the RZLT team through our email provider. Those providers act as processors on our instructions and may store data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. Calendly receives only what you enter in the calendar itself.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then delete them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we do it.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with similar rules, you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@rzlt.io and we will act on it, normally within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
Listed sets no analytics or advertising cookies today, so there is no consent banner to click through. Your dismissal of the announcement bar is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask visitors in regions that require consent before anything is measured.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about any of it go to hello@rzlt.io.
